This Return Policy applies to digital movement education programs offered by Energcartilage to customers in the United States.
Digital Products
Programs are delivered electronically. Because access may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are evaluated case by case according to the conditions below.
Eligibility Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the program modules and have not downloaded bulk offline materials where applicable.
How to Request
Email contact@energcartilage.world with your order reference, purchase date, and a brief explanation. We respond within three business days.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the eligibility window unless required by law.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Use.
- Promotional bundles where individual components were substantially consumed.
Technical Issues
If you cannot access purchased content due to a technical fault on our side, contact us first. We will attempt to restore access before considering a refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review your case. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
